Unfortunately, we don't have "Read & Publish" deal with the IEEE yet, but we are in process of negotiating new subscriptions so if this goes thru we'll let you know as soon as this happens. "Read and Publish" license bundle together access to a publisher’s subscription content with the ability to publish openly through its journals without paying individual APCs (for certain number of articles per institution).
So far, we signed these transformative deals with the Institute of Physics (IoP), The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), and Cambridge University Press (CUP).
