Q. I have been facing issues for syncing my endnote library?
I rebooted my computer but it did not solve the issue.
I changed my password as it seemed there was something wrong with authentication but it did not solve the issue.
I still have the following error message, and it seems there is an authentication issue and my login or password is not recognized.
