There is an anomaly between the KAUST email and that in the system which is where I expect the problem lies. Both are valid but serve different purposes which can be confusing.

Please try signing in using portal username which will be your network login and the password you set. If you need to reset the password, please remember it needs a minimum of 3 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
